About AndreasÂ
Andreas Constantinides is part of the Senior Management of the Group. He is an experienced professional with more than 15 years’ experience in the Corporate Services and Fiduciary Sector. Andreas is the Head of the Trusts Services department, in charge of a portfolio of corporate clients and is primarily supporting Private Equity Funds with structuring and managing their international investments.
In addition to his primary responsibilities in the Trusts services department, Andreas plays a pivotal role in facilitating merger and acquisition transactions, leveraging his extensive knowledge and insight to navigate the complexities of such endeavours and ensure optimal outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
Andreas holds a Bachelor Degree in Public Administration and Masters in Business Administration. He is a Trust Estate Practitioner and member of the Society of Trust Estate Practitioners.
